Delivery and returns policy

Delivery is free within the UK to all orders over the value of £60
We deliver all UK orders via Royal Mail.


When an an order is placed please allow Up to 3 working days for the order to be Dispatched.









Returns policy


We accept returns and exchanges. If you have changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days of delivery in order to organise a return.
When we have received and checked the item you wish to return we will process a refund of the item plus any postage paid when placing the order. We do not refund return postage. 
Returned items must be in their original packaging in the same new condition (clothing must still have their attached labels) 

If an item you have received is faulty please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
For a faulty item we may ask for photographs of the item. Items would need to also be returned within 30 days of delivery. If the item is faulty we will process a refund including return postage at royal mail 2nd class current pricing.
We do not refund breakage caused my misuse and accident caused by the customer.  (i.e  broken glassware)


The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:


custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (ie, foods,)


Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs. For exchanges/refunds: if the item is not returned to us in its original condition a partial refund will be given as the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
