Celebrating the end of one and the begining of a new.
On the 19th December, a cold dark wintery evening, Cosmic Tree in Gloucester opened its doors for our community to come together for an evening of relaxation connection and reflection to celebrate the winter Solstice in a sound bath meditation with Kuma.

Relaxation and connection through meditation and sound.
Kuma then began the evening with a gentle guided meditation followed by the delicate introduction of the bowls and her angelic vocals.
This lead us into a deep meditative state where we were immersed with a variety of sounds and vibrations created by Kumas various instruments including the power of the gong.
Kuma always creates this warm and magical energy which connects everyone in the room. A huge thankyou to Kuma for sharing her magic in our space.
Kuma has a long standing career as a sound bath and meditation practitioner in Gloucestershire, we are very grateful to her support and talent at Cosmic Tree.

Is Sound Bath meditation suitable for everyone?
Sound Bath Meditation can be suitable and benefical for many, yet we advise before attending a sound bath meditation we recommend that anyone who is experiencing the following should check/ or get guidance from a health care professional:

- Those with pacemakers
- Those with ear conditions such as tinnitus, ear infections or extreme sound sensitivity.
