Yes we do offer refunds and exchanges. If you have changed your mind or if your product is damaged/faulty please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
For a faulty item we may ask for photographs of the item. Faulty items also need to be returned within 30 days of the delivery. For faulty items your original delivery costs will be refunded as well as the cost of the return postage (at royal mail 2nd class)
For refunds/exchanges where you have changed your mind, buyers are responsible for return costs. It the item is not returned to us in its original condition, a partial refund will be given.

Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products ( ie foods)
