Refund Policy

Returns policy

We accept returns and exchanges. If you have changed your mind or if your product is damaged/faulty please contact us within 14days of delivery.
 
For a faulty item we may ask for photographs of the item. Items would need to also be returned within 30 days of delivery.
 
The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
 
custom or personalised orders
 
Perishable products (ie, foods,)
 
buyers are responsible for all return postage costs. For exchanges/refunds: if the item is not returned to us in its original condition a partial refund will be given as the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
