Fire & Ice Quartz, (also known as Crackle Quartz or Rainbow Quartz) is a form of clear quartz that has undergone a thermal shock process to create internal fractures. These fractures catch and refract light, producing a mesmerising rainbow effect within the stone.
Ice Quartz is believed to combine opposing forces and promote harmony and balance energy.
It is also believed to aid personal growth, self-fulfillment, and align all chakras to support spiritual growth. It is also used to aid emotional release, soothe anxiety and stress, and encourage optimism and resilience.
